How Do You Play New Year’s Eve Bingo?

Once all the guests are there, everyone gets a New Year’s Eve Bingo card and a pen. So you need to have enough copies of New Year’s Eve Bingo to print out as well as pens ready. The aim of the game is to be the first to have 5 squares crossed diagonally, horizontally or vertically and to have given them a name. This always happens when the phrase on the New Year’s Eve Bingo card comes up in conversation with the person: Write down the name and put the cross.

There is an empty space on the card – there is room for your own phrase. If the guests go full throttle at New Year’s Eve bingo and finish early or go all out with the phrases, it is also a fun programme item to collect the bingo cards and read out their own phrases. The best phrasemonger is then chosen by majority vote and receives a small prize together with the winner who first had his Bingo card full.

You don’t have to explain anything or make any announcements before the game starts. How the game works is written on each bingo card!

Rules

• Fill in only one field per person
• write the person’s name in the box
• whoever fills in a row horizontally, vertically or diagonally first is the winner and shouts “Bingo”
