You can use this pumpkin cards as a creative Halloween invitation card which is best not sent by mail but brought personally – or put it on the mailbox or in front of the door. Easy Pumpkin card for Halloween

The following step-by-step instructions describe how to make a card. If you plan to make 10, 20 or even more Halloween invitation cards, it will save time to do step 1 for all cards first, then step 2 for all cards, etc.

1. Draw Pumpkin Card and Print Text

Write the text of your card succinctly on the computer, print it out, and cut out the text as a paper strip. The strip should be no wider than about 6 inches.

Fold the orange sheet of paper in half and draw the pumpkin flush with the folded edge. Pre-draw the stalk on the dark green clay paper.

2. Cut out the Pumpkin and Stump and Paint on the Face

This is how to make a pumpkin card that is extra original.

For one card you need 4 stalks.

Now cut the pumpkin and make sure that the front and back of the card are connected by about 2 cm. If you make several pumpkin cards, use the first pumpkin as a template for the other pumpkins.

Cut out the stalk once, use it as a template, circle it and cut out the identical pumpkin stalks as well. You need 4 identical green stalks per card.

With black permanent marker you can now draw a grimace on the front of the pumpkin.

Inside the pumpkin goes the napkin with the filling

Now, using nail scissors, carefully cut a round circle in the grimace – large enough for the rolled-up invitation text to fit inside.

Fold up the pumpkin and glue the open side together with all-purpose glue. The pumpkin face should be glued to the top of the back. Put a paper clip on it so that the glued edge is well pressed together and holds.

Inside a napkin, stuff your surprise, fold it into a bundle and tie it with ribbon.

Now all you have to do is place the bundle inside the pumpkin and put the rolled up invitation in its mouth.
